CAPE is a group of parents, carers and relatives of adults with learning disabilities aged 18 years and over.

​

Carers of young people in transition are welcome to attend meetings to learn about adult provision, benefit from our expertise, and share their experiences.

​

CAPE is there for you and your relative with learning disabilities irrespective of whether they live at home with you or are in residential or supported living arrangements.

​

Our group meets every 2 months.
